"We had a LGR 7000XLi fall down a flight of stairs and it held up just fine. Just some minor scratches here and there but it keep working like it never happen! We love your products!"

–Egmar Maldonado, Dryfast Systems, Orlando, FL
"For the size the 7000 is extremely portable, just like the Evolution. I really like that the warm air outlet is at the bottom of the unit. That is really great to utilize the heat coming out of the bottom – amazing and works well. I also like that the hose and cord storage pockets are on side of the unit. Fantastic! This may seem like a small detail but it really is practical when using the unit. Having the filter on top to inspect it and get to it easily is another useful feature. I also like that the control panel is on the back and easy to check when using it. That’s a really nice feature we don’t see on other models."

—Mike, Five Star Disaster Services
"The 7000 works great. I used it twice and it already paid for itself. I like the built-in monitoring system, storage compartments, and the handle makes it easy to maneuver. It's a little heavy however-it seems to be built very well. I like the filter on top and the outlet close to the floor for more efficient drying."

—John Naylor, Jet Stream Carpet Care
"I’ve had two LGR 7000s for a month now and have had them out working on several jobs already. The 7000 works great, especially when I compare it to the R200 which is the other model I’ve used. I really like the mobility, and my technicians say it’s easy to move up and down stairs. And the built-in inlet and outlet temps and RH display makes a huge difference. This is something the Phoenix doesn’t have. I’m really happy with my 7000s."

—Seth Poulson, PurClean Pro
"The 7000 units are very compact. The weight is another thing good, just over 100 pounds makes it easily loaded on a pickup truck by hand. I also like that the design is like a suitcase that allows us to take it up and down stairs easily."

-Randy Hager, Debra-Kuempel, Middletown, OH
